Our five seasoned Directors and compliment of 15 people bring a breadth and depth of front line business experience and over 35 years of executive search experience to each client assignment. With considerable experience both as leaders in executive search and in their industries of focus, our consultants have developed extensive personal contacts and an unrivaled network of resources and functional expertise.

Our Search Consultants see their roles as those of Chief Talent Scouts and Relationship Brokers for their clients and candidates with the majority of our new client relationships evolving as a direct result of positive referrals from existing clients and candidates.
